This is the second charity I'm running for and with this charity the name gives it away. It is an organisation that provides services, advice, information and much more for sufferers of mental health problems or for people that know people who suffer from this. A lot of people suffer from such problems and personally I know the problems that can arise in someone's life and the lives of the people around them mental health problems come into the equation.
