My baby cousin tragically passed away last week. He was 33 and leaves behind three beautiful little girls.

In his memory, I'm going to 'walk' a 10k on Saturday whilst I'm in Manchester. Given my ongoing back issue, this will be a bit of a different challenge for me. My run starts at the same time as his funeral and this will hopefully be a fitting tribute to him.

The family have dedicated a mental health charity for the funeral collection and I really want to boost what's collected. Anything you can give would be amazing.
