My cousin Miles and I will be running the Watford 10k on May 6th 2013.

We decided that simply running the 10k was not challenging enough as we are both athletes, so to give people more of an incentive to sponsor us and our charity, we have decided to do so dressed as a right couple of plonkers!

We will be running dressed Batman and Robin and would love you to help us raise some money for Watford MenCap, a charity dedicated to helping young people with learning difficulties such as Down's Syndrome and Autism.
