Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

After joining a local running club last October (I only went as moral support initially), I’ve since become quite a running addict - I certainly wouldn’t have predicted that!!! So in 2019 I am aiming to participate in several races, with this Action Heart 5 miler on 3rd March being the first one. 

Rest assured I won’t be asking for sponsorship for each race, just this one with it being my first. 

It seems appropriate that this race is being organised by Action Heart given that after the loss of my Dad in 2015 we learnt that he had a heart condition that even he wasn’t aware of.  With that in mind it feels like the perfect charity to fundraise for.
