George is  11 years old  and he was diagnosed with duchenne muscular dystrophy when he was 3 . We have set up a family fund called George's Journey with the help of Muscular Dystrophy uk . George will be moving a mile for muscles on his quad bike again this year and he is hoping to beat last years total of £700 .
