Recently I lost my uncle Graeme to a stroke caused by his atrial fibrillation. Losing him has really hit my family hard and honestly living in a world where he doesn’t exist is just so surreal and so sad.

As of the 1st of Feb I started training to run a half marathon in May to raise money for the Atrial Fibrillation Association.
