As many of you know I HATE running, therefore this is going to be a real challenge. However I love cheese and for me to eat cheese I need to exercise, I also love rivers therefore running for rivers makes this almost bearable. 

For me rivers are amazing, rivers make me happy, they make me smile. A walk along a river, no matter the weather will always lift my spirits. This year has been difficult for everyone and this is my way of making it a little bit better. Sea trout are wonderful creatures that require clean and accessible rivers and with our help the Ouse & Adur Rivers Trust can try to provide this.

The River Ouse and the River Adur are beautiful rivers and we are lucky that sea trout spawn in them. It is amazing to see a sea trout leaping up a rocky waterfall making its way to spawn in the upper reaches of the rivers. We owe it to them to make sure the rivers are clean and accessible now and in the future, we are looking after their rivers.
