October 2019 - Just 2 weeks to go!

In 2 weeks time, Team Ewing will be running the Great South Run in memory of our brilliant father who passed away last month after a brave battle with an incurable brain tumour.

Support us on 20th October and/or donate via this page started by our father, a true fundraiser, to raise money for QA Hospital as a way of saying thank you for the wonderful care he received.

June 2019: The Great South Run

Hi!

Following on from the success of my ‘Great Head Shave’ last year, it’s my kids’ turn to fundraise.

Thanks to your support I've raised almost £2000 and now I’m asking for your support once more to help double that amount and hit the £4000 mark!

On Sunday 20^th October, Nicholas, Nathalie & Gregory along with
their good friends Tommy, Oliver and Steve, are taking on the Great South Run. They’ll be fundraising for the neurology and oncology departments at QA. I’ve had regular contact with these departments since my brain tumour diagnosis last year and the staff have consistently given me wonderful care. This is our way of saying thank you.

July 2018: My Great Head Shave

As many of you know, I’ve spent rather a lot of time at Portsmouth QA
hospital over the last year! First for prostate cancer (nearly gone) and more recently because of a brain tumour (about to be operated on). During all my visits, the staff have been incredibly kind, helpful and supportive.

I’m shaving off what is left of my hair to raise money for the urology, neurology and A&E departments to support them to help more people like me.

Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference to those treated at QA hospital.
