Sara and I are both running to raise much needed funds to support the great work Children First Derby (CFD) does to support vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and families in Derby.

Lisa "how far to the pub" Stormont and Sara "swearing will help" Hawksworth will be enjoying the delights of Liverpool in the Rock n Roll weekend 25th and 26th May 2019.

Both will be taking part in the 5k on Saturday.  On Sunday Sara will join the full marathon start and Lisa will be in the pens for the half marathon and the 1mile straight after!!

Then a couple of weeks later we will also be tackling the Asda Foundation Derby Half Marathon 9th June 2019.
