Ahhh this weekend I am running three marathons in three days!!  ON the coastal path! EEEEeeeekkkk!  Whilst doing this I would really like to raise whatever money I can for Mind, the mental health charity.  I find it unbeleivable that, in this day and age, mental health is seen by some as taboo.  

Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

By sponsoring me you will be giving me MUCH more motivation to get out of bed and run another WHOLE marathon on the 2nd and 3rd day!!
