We are delighted to launch the Living Communities Fund, founded by Grosvenor and managed by The London Community Foundation. The Living Communities Fund will support grassroots community projects primarily in the south of Westminster focusing on pathways to employment and strengthening  communities. The first grants from the fund will be distributed in summer 2014 and an endowment has also been established which will provide sustainable support for the borough for years to come. 

We have formed a decision making panel made up of representatives from Grosvenor and the local community who will recommend which grants to make on a yearly basis, the interest gained from the endowment will be distributed through this panel, providing a long-term investment in the communities in and around south Westminster.
