Last May we  lost one of our greatest inspirations, our biggest fan, our confidant, our friend, the person who loved us unconditionally no matter what, our mum.  Our mum, the person who was always there for us, who always stood by our side not matter what, the person who had an open door, open arm, open heart policy. 

We want to run the Greater Manchester Marathon 2015 as a relay team, Mick will run the first leg, I will run the second. We want to run to honor this woman who meant so much to both of us.

The HoneyRose foundation provided mum with a special day last year, a girlie day that mum was just thrilled about, it meant so much to her. We would like to see more people able to have that little ray of sunshine in what would otherwise be a dark time in their lives. A moment of happiness that will last for the rest of their lives and that the families can cherish and hold onto. This is why we want to raise the money, to be able to give back some of what the HoneyRose Foundation did for mum.
