Some of you will know that in October last year, we lost a very close friend James, who made the agonising decision to take his own life. When anyone close to you passes away it's never easy, but when you'll never understand the reasons why they made such a horrific final choice it can leave you devastated/numb/confused/angry and a whole other bunch of emotions. There were no warning signs, no calls for help or support or any suggestion he was struggling. James has been more like a brother over the last 20years and nothing could have prepared me for the hole it has left in my life and for those that knew him.
