In September I take on a 4 day challenge to raise funds for Mental Health UK. This 4 day challenge will see me taking on mental agility tests, climbing the highest peak in Wales, Mount Snowdon, cycling 100 (hilly) miles across the Peak District and finally completing a half marathon in Birmingham to bring the event to a close.

I can't underestimate how tough this challenge will be, especially given the fact it covers so many disciplines. I will have to train hard over the coming months but I see this as a small amount of effort to support Mental Health U.K..
