Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

Many have faced unprecedented adversity over the past year, which has undoubtedly affected the mental health of many. I have chosen to use this challenge to support my local Mind charity for that reason.

So at 4 am on the 6th of March I'll be running 4 miles (6.4km) every 4 hours for 48 hours. The 3 hours or so between runs will give me time to rest, refuel, rehydrate, and battle with the excuses that I'm sure i'll come up with to end the torture! I'll be sharing the runs as i complete them. The total mileage is 48 miles, that's 2 marathons in 2 days. I'm by no means an experienced runner but I will be giving my 100% to cover the distance. Hopefully, that can be used as motivation by anyone to take the initiative to get outdoors to move and push their perceived limits - I feel as if exercise is crucial for a healthy mind and I'm willing to use this personal; trivial challenge to raise any degree of awareness about that, even if it's to 1 person.
