Youcan are absolutely brilliant, they are a charity set up to support both young people who are coping with a cancer diagnosis and recovering. They offer such a wide variety of support in the form of alternative therapies such as reiki & therapeutic yoga to personal training, boot camp sessions and cognitive behavioural therapy. They also run monthly meet ups at Kits Coty for young people to meet up and share their experiences and participate in a variety of different workshops such as meditative yoga and look good feel better skincare and makeup sessions. 

I cannot sing Youcan's praises enough! They provide a holistic, caring, sensitive approach to supporting young people with cancer and help to reduce all the anxiety and emotions related to receiving a cancer diagnosis. Thank you!
