Another event and another great cause! Thank you in advance friends!

This time I’m raising awareness and money for the wonderful charity Spectra, who support under represented groups in the community. The run is on 1st Dec which is also the 30th World AIDS Day Anniversary and I wanted to play some small part in raising awareness for Spectra and the 35 other vital AIDS charities there on the day.

HIV stigma is still a reality and there are still too many people undiagnosed and diagnosed late. Funding cuts to the HIV sector are still all too common despite the fact that HIV support services change lives.
