As one of the churchwardens at All Saints Eaton, I will be taking part in the national annual sponsored ‘Ride + Stride’ event on Saturday 11^th September to raise funds for the Nottinghamshire Historic Churches Trust and for All Saints church. My plan is to do an ‘extended reverse triathlon’, with a 5k parkrun in the morning followed by a bike ride around local churches in the afternoon, finishing with a dip in the river at Eaton. 

All funds raised will be split between Nottinghamshire Historic Churches Trust, which has previously funded repairs to All Saints church, and our project to create a community hub at the church by adding a toilet and kitchenette.
