Running has never come easily to me but I am going to attempt to finish the Great North Run in a (semi-) reasonable time! I am running with a group of people who are all raising money for the Sunbeams Music Trust. Sunbeams is a leading provider of Community Music Therapy services to vulnerable and disabled people of all ages. This charity continues to do wonderful music therapy sessions throughout Cumbria and they shared these with my brother Tom throughout his illness, even naming a room after him in their amazing building. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will definitely be used for a wonderful cause.
