On 31st August myself and Caroline ran 9k up the Trent and Canoed back down it, taking part in the Wild Trent Challenge. This is to support the Derbyshire Wildlife Trust, a charity my friend Jack Roper works for and an event that he concocted and brilliantly organised. They do great work to improve the local environment and habitats to help wildlife thrive and ensure a sustainable future for all of us!
