Fundraising for FLORI'S FRIENDS RESCUE
Story
Ciao Geezers!
Well, this year, I’ve decided that I miss the blisters and my brain feeling like a cauliflower (after about 30km
) and have gone one better and joined up for the South Coast Challenge (100km from Eastbourne to Arundel via Brighton over two days) in September.
I feel this is a great opportunity to raise funds and awareness for an amazing local Kent charity and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with Flori's Friends Rescue - Reg Charity 1177365 
These amazing people give a much needed lifeline to abused and neglected animals from all over Europe. They specialise in trauma and neglect cases with 70% of their doggos having been subjected to excruciating pain and injury/torture.
50% of their furry ones come from ‘killing stations’ in Europe (places that severely abuse and mishandle these lovelies or ‘destroy’ them using inhumane treatments such as being hit on the head with a hammer or injected with paint stripper

)They have a strict no kill policy and work with disabled doggos and those with behavioural problems, to fully rehabilitate and get them the help they need to enjoy life as any other ‘normal’ dog. The charity also takes on doggo that no other charity will touch and work with them, for as long as it takes, so they have every chance to live a happy and snacky filled life.

I’ll be donating £1 for every person that dines in the restaurant this summer, towards my fundraising target of £1000 but if you feel you want to contribute, and give these guys a much needed financial boost, please consider donating!
