My Grandad suffered with an under active thyroid problem, which caused an imbalance in hormones which led him to suffering from depression. He had difficulties getting answers and the right dosages of medication. He passed away 6 years ago this year in May and since then thyroid problems have become more and more recognised. As well as depression in men being a big subject at the moment, raising awareness and encouraging people to talk is important.

So just wanted to carry on raising that awareness and help the British Thyroid Foundation raise some money.
