I’ll be completing the David Goggins Challenge on the 4th March - 6 March 2022. The challenge involves running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours. Otherwise known as the 4x4x48. I’ll be covering 48 miles in total and will be raising money for North Wales Superkids. They help disadvantaged children and young people across North Wales. Here’s a link to their website :
