As many of you know last year I swam the DART 10K to raise money for Level Water. With all of YOUR support I helped raise over £2000! (That's over $2,500 for my generous American friends.) This year it's the Inaugural Hurly Burly 10k in North Wales.

Level Water offers free swimming lessons for children with disabilities. Without our one-to-one swimming lessons, most of these children will never learn to swim.

It’s not just about teaching a child to swim.  Their swimming lessons help children with physical or sensory disabilities to develop confidence, self-esteem and resilience.  If we can give a child physical, social and emotional confidence through sport, we can change their trajectory in life.
