Last training rides today so next time on our bikes we will be in Ireland !!!! 

If you haven’t already donated it’s not too late and we are hoping to achieve our target at least. 

This is a great charity who helps people who have had head injury of some kind and needs support in their rehabilitation. They help people with strokes, heart attacks and much more. 

A 21 year old we know had a heart attack and to cut a long story short, and had to be  resuscitated twice but as a result had brain damage. This charity were absolutely superb not only supporting the young lad but also the family too. If you met the young man in question today ( c 3 years later) many wouldn’t know the journey he has been on. 

So please if you can spare anything at all every little will help.
