This is a charity close to my heart. Since I started volunteering last year with the fantastic North Cornwall team I have seen first hand the transformation they bring out in the young people they support through their surf therapy program. The Wave Project brings people together through surfing. Their evidence-based surf therapy programme is proven to help young people feel less anxious and more positive. They also run beach school projects to help children feel more engaged in education.
Any donation made, no matter how small, will contribute to making sure more children and young people have access to this brilliant surf therapy programme.
