Lauren told me about tough mudder and it sounded like fun!! Turns out it's slightly scary and makes me feel slightly ill to think about. We are training lots. 

Rather than just doing stupid things, we thought we'd use this opportunity to try and raise some money for a great cause (and provide ourselves some external motivation).
