Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I am participating in the Midnight Memories Walk in Bolton on June 20th, 2015. I lost my mother to cancer on the 4th January, 2015 after a brief three month battle. I am doing this eight mile walk in her memory and also to raise funds so that Bolton Hospice, who provided her care, can continue their excellent work and help others in the same situation.
Sometimes until we face something, such as cancer, we don't realise how much organisations rely on the generosity of others in order to continue their good work. I've always been aware of the hospice but since losing my mum it has meant there is something positive I can do by fundraising. It will never bring her back, nor replace the void in my life, but donations WILL make a big difference to the hospice, their patients and families. I hope you will be with me on this and contribute as little or as much as you are able.
So, who am I? I'm a writer and have three books published on Amazon - simply key my name in on Amazon and you will find me. I am also a musician and TV Extra with Lemon Castings in Manchester, England - find me on www.stage32.com to see what tv/theatre work I have done. I am the mother of two sons in their twenties and am quite free-spirited, I earn my living by being creative and being 'myself'.

Thanks for reading this page, I hope you will consider playing your part on the fundraising stage, it can only be a good thing if you join in, but without you, and the continued support of others, my fundraising attempts may have to make a curtain call....Please help!
