I've changed my lifestyle and am currently trying to lose weight to make my life and my family's life better.  

Ive reversed Type 2 diabetes and was nearly 22 stone at my heaviest last Summer but started at 20st and 10 pounds approx. I couldn't climb a flight of stairs without being out of breathe or walk 50 metres without having to stop.  I was a foodaholic, constantly eating the wrong things, crisps (4 or 5 bags a day), chocolates, fizzy drinks, takeaways, curry's, chinese take aways, pizza, etc) without thinking of any consequences.  Just shoveled it down.   Tasted good at the time but my body was screaming....

i started my fitness campaign (9th January 2017) and i've already lost 5 stone through a low carb diet, a strong mind and plenty of exercising. Im hoping to be super fit by the time I complete the Great North Run in September 2017 in memory of my father but have added further running events which should take me towards completing the Manchester Marathon in April 2018.  Ive also joined a running club the Fylde Coast Runners.   Me in a Running Club!!!!!!  Who would have ever thought that?
