I'm running this Half Marathon to raise money for an amazing local charity. FSW helps children and families living in Sussex who are struggling to overcome difficulties such as poverty, mental and physical ill health, domestic violence, bereavement and family break up. They provide one-to-one support and group activities, and are currently helping 320 children and their parents/carers across Sussex.

This year, FSW is a chosen charity for the Mayor of Brighton & Hove and I'm lucky to have been given a place in the Vitality Brighton Half Marathon.

To mark my recent 60th birthday, I'm hoping to raise £600 or more from my lovely friends and family. Please give what you can.
