One of the companies I work very closely with, and have great respect for, is Steps Training. Steps are providers of in-house training services and are also very involved in charity work.

This year, Bullies Out is our nominated charity of the year, and we've committed to raising £2,500 for them. We've held several fundraising events already, (http://www.steps-training.co.uk/blog/), but none like this! 

They've somehow roped me into walking over hot coals with them... Any donations to show your support for Bullies Out would be awesome - especially considering those who know me well know I may faint at this event....
