On 16th May, I'll be doing a 40 mile cycle ride in St Albans (the St Albans Charity Cycle ride). OK it's not as glamorous as the London marathon, but it is further ... even if you are on a bike!

Keech provides free-of-charge care to families from across Beds, Herts and Milton Keynes with a child or young person with a life-limiting condition.

 

Khandel-light supports vulnerable and disadvantaged families in Khandel, with a focus on long-term development projects, such as clean water, sanitation, healthcare, and housing .

 

Youth talk is a free and confidential counselling service offering one-to-one counselling, group work and an information service to anyone in St Albans between the ages of 14 and 25 .

 

Polio Plus is a campaign to eradicate polio via immunization campaigns in developing countries where polio continues to infect and paralyze children.

 

Canine Partners assists people with disabilities to enjoy greater independence and a better quality of life, by providing specially trained assistance dogs.

 

The Prostate Cancer Charity fights prostate cancer on every front – through research, support, information and campaigning.
