Thank you for visiting my E-Giving Site!

Some of you may know by now that I am a bit (well o.k mega crazy) about running and fitness!  

On Sunday 23 April 2017 I will be running in the London Virgin Marathon, needless to say I am very excited to be running in one of the world’s best and iconic marathon– (this will be my second full marathon along with many, many, many half marathons and mud run challenges) with an aim to finish under 4hrs 20Mins (an important PB target for me since I was injured whilst running my last marathon in Sydney)!

As part of my London Marathon quest I will be raising funds for a UK registered charity called : Shaw Trust:  A charity that  provides a range of services to people at a disadvantage to improve their mental, physical health and wellbeing so they can gain life and employability skills in order to live more independently, secure sustainable employment and actively contribute to family and community life. 

I would ask you to come along and run the 26.2 miles with me (lol :)) only
joking (although if anyone would like to take up this idea please let me know you could be part of my “Race Day Fuelling Strategy Team”)!    However, I would really appreciate your support if you could please donate a contribution to my sponsored charity it would really help them go long way in the fantastic work that they do!   If you would like to know more about Shaw Trust please visit their
