I am doing a 10k run in September for The Break Foundation. Breck was my stepbrother for five years so this charity is very close to my heart.  

  The Breck Foundation’s mission is to educate young people how to keep safe when using the internet. Through education and awareness we teach young people that their relationships online are not like real life friendships, that they should not disclose personal information and never arrange to meet with someone who has befriended them online alone and in a private place. We do this by sharing the real life story of Breck Bednar, a 14 year old boy from Caterham who was tragically groomed online and lured to his death in February 2014.
