I am walking the West Highland Way for British Liver Trust which is very close to our family as we have sadly lost family members to liver disease. I have chosen the British Liver Trust as unfortunately liver disease can effect anyone at any point. Deaths caused by liver disease have risen 400% since 1970. Please help raise money and awareness!

There are over 100 types of liver condition; some are very rare and many can't be prevented. 20% of the population is at risk of liver disease. There are many causes people don’t know about - it is completely misunderstood. The British Liver Trust supports patients and families, provides advice and information and works with doctors, nurses and other charities to improve patient care.
