I really want to Support Leukaemia Care because it provides vital care and support to all those who have been affected by a blood cancer diagnosis. For personal family reasons, and more recently my work with the Square Mile Programme at De Montfort University, Leicester, has led me to want to do something for a charity offering care to blood cancer victims and their relatives. I know I'm an unlikely marathon runner but I also like a challenge.
