We advocate for porphyria patients to improve their quality of life

Story

The picture is of me and my fabulous boy Matthew.

Since he was young we knew he had some kind of problem if he was in the sun for too long. A couple of years ago he was diagnosed with EPP - erythropoietic protoporphyria. Basically he is allergic to strong sunlight and too much causes him intense pain.

The British Porphyria Association raises awareness about this and other porphyria and money for research.

Anything you can spare would be really appreciated.

Thanks
