Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

I am competing in an Ironman, which consists of an open water swim, bike ride and run. The distances are equivalent to swimming 150 lengths of the pool, biking from Edinburgh to Newcastle and then running the London Marathon...one after the other!

I am raising money for The TONI&GUY Charitable Foundation, which is NOT a charity lining Toni and Guy's pockets!

They charity supports a number of worthwhile charitable causes:

Macmillan Cancer Support - supporting people affected by cancer.

The Variety Club - to renovate a children's ward the Variety Club Children's hospital in London.

Fondazione Oasi Regina Degli Angeli - to build a centre which offers support to people who have physical or psychological problems.
