SPANA provides free veterinary treatment to working animals across Africa and the Middle East. This not only benefits the animals themselves but also those who depend on those animals for a living.

SPANA is committed to alleviating the suffering of working animals in some of the world's poorest communities across the developing world. We provide free, immediate veterinary treatment as well as an extensive education programme teaching owners and children how to better care for their animals.
