Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am hoping to raise a thousand pounds for the Paul Lavelle foundation by completing Ultraman UK, a three day race held in the beautiful but brutal Snowdonia National Park.

We raise awareness to male domestic abuse in the name of our mate Paul Lavelle. We offer therapeutic support to males experiencing domestic abuse. We deliver Healthy Relationship Education Workshops to children and young people We run inclusive health & wellbeing community activity groups
