Story
In April 2013, I lost my mum to cancer and as I'm sure anyone who's experienced a loss knows, it sucks. There's nothing I can do to bring mum back but maybe I can help stop it from happeneing to someone else.
This January, I’m taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK. Anyone who knows me knows I like a beer or two so it's a bit of a challenge. It's not the first time I've quit alcohol for January but this time, as well as loosing a few pounds around the waisteline, I'm hoping I can help some of you loose a few pounds too to send to Cancer Research UK.
So come on, dig deep and lets see if we can give cancer a kick in the teeth once and for all. Every little helps.
If you're a UK resident, you can donate by text. Just send a message with my Just Giving text code (pugh92) plus the amount you want to donate, for example send "pugh92 £5" to 70070. You'll recieve a confirmation plus a link asking if you want to Gift Aid the donation. Please do as that recovers 25% extra from the government tax pot.
