Story

I have decided (been roped into more like) to do a bit of fundraising for Age UK Northumberland - a vital charity for elderly people in the Northumberland area. This charity offers a range of vital social activities and support for lonely elderly people, many of which rely on the Age UK Northumberland team. Services like this rely heavily on charitable donations, we all get old and could find ourselves in need of this kind of support someday.

As if doing the Great North Run was not enough of a challenge, I am now also doing a Skydive in early November for the same cause.

So there you have it, a double chance to get rid of me ha ha. If I don't end up being defibrillated on the side of the Felling bypass and survive the run, I am then hoyin myself out of an aircraft!

Any donation at all would be gratefully received by the charity, and appreciated by myself.

Wish me luck folks
