Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A friend of mine recently mentioned that he suffered from this condition and asked if I would like to join him to raise money for the Gaucher Association that supports patients and families, raising awareness and promoting research.

This ride will certainly be a challenge for me with only a month to prepare for. I cant at this stage imagine riding a bike for 60 miles and managing to walk properly ever again afterwards.  Lots of training to do and hopefully no injuries on the way - which if you know me would not be a surprise. 

Your help in achieving the milestone of raising in excess of £2,000 personally would be really appreciated.
