Hi Everyone,

Thank you soooo much for visiting my page... As you probably now know, I am attempting to undertake the Surrey-London 100 Mile bike ride... This is in aid of the Kennedy Disease Charity (KD-UK) on behalf of my good friend Frank who has sadly inherited this disease but is throwing everything into raising money for its research... 

My aim is to raise as much money as I can for the charity and hopefully you see this as a tough enough challenge. If you need any convincing, on passing 30 miles, it feels like the bike saddle and my bum have become one!!!!! Anyone who remembers my London Marathon experience will know that I never find it easy...

As always, I would ask you to dig deep and support me in any way you can... The money is going to a fantastic cause and Frank and his wife Kate have done wonderful things for the Charity and I'm proud to represent it...
