We are participating in the Apraxia Kids 5K Voice Venture this year.  I made a pledge to reach my own personal goal by either running, jogging, or walking in the 5K Voice Venture to raise funds for Apraxia Kids and to spread awareness about childhood apraxia of speech.

Kade was diagnosed with apraxia of speech when he was 3 years old.  The stresses that come with navigating insurance, therapy, costs, and a frustrated child trying to tell you something can be taxing.

He is amazing,  and doing great with his speech.  All thanks to his therapists, early intervention, teachers and a mom that wouldn’t stop looking for answers.

We want to help to provide resources, and spread awareness.
