Wales international Owen Williams suffered a significant injury to his cervical vertebrae and spinal cord whilst playing for Cardiff Blues in June 2014 in the World Club 10's in Singapore.  Nearly two years on, he continues his long-term rehabilitation and recovery.

The bike ride to Amsterdam will raise funds for his future care.
