Story

The Arsenal Foundation uses the power of football and the Arsenal name to
inspire and support young people  across the globe.

In partnership with Save the Children, they have co-developed the ground-
breaking Coaching for Life programme which utilises football to improve the mental wellbeing of children affected by conflict and violence. The
programme is currently operating in the Za’atari Refugee Camp in Jordan
and the slum communities of Jakarta, Indonesia.

In Indonesia, The Arsenal Foundation is working with children living in denseurban slums where many are at risk of extreme hunger, exploitation and
child marriage. In Jordan, they are working with Syrian refugee children who
have seen their lives torn apart by conflict. The programme aims to reach
4,500 boys and girls aged between 12-18.
