MIND is a mental health charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

That’s why, I would like to raise money for MIND by venturing up an active volcano on the other side of the world. I’m looking to climb Mt Fuji this August, a 3776m volcano in the heart of Japan. Your donation will go directly to the charity – I will be paying the cost of travel, accommodation and all other costs incurred out of my own pocket.

MIND provide life saving support, they bang on doors and call for change, they help thousands of people pull through the most difficult experience of their lives and more. By donating, you can aid MIND in their battle to do this.
