This year I am supporting LinkAge Network to make a positive change for the New Year! LinkAge Network is a Bristol-based charity which has been established since 2007. The charity delivers a variety of projects and runs a community Network which strengthens communities, improves health and wellbeing, and reduces social isolation and loneliness among older people.
