My Dad, devastatingly,  passed away in March 2016 of heart disease. Twenty years previously he had two heart attacks which resulted in a triple heart by-pass. He was very lucky to receive support from North Gwent Cardiac Rehab in getting him fit and healthy again. We were so grateful for the new lease of life he was given which made the next twenty years a big bonus. 

Please support me in running 13.1 miles, further than I've ever done before and others who have heart disease in getting an extra lease of life.
